Rules For Putting On A SHoot Or Other Event

Due to some confusion,insurance retrictions and liability issues I want to let folks know the procedure before scheduling an event or shoot.

1. Contact the Booshway if you can't reach him or her contact the Segundo

2. Contact the Purser about food expenditures, prize expenditures and again insurance coverage.


I have found out that we were not covered at some of our shoots in the past. We were lucky, but now we know the insurance restrictions and that is the reason for this post.

Glad we talked tonight...

Will work towards adding my shoot to late Sept.... We can add primitive camping. Done it before. Big firepit, berms have been up for years. The annual Smith&Wesson shoot was held here for years. Will work within the club rules and insurance to cover all bases. I own the roads that lead to the site, all the land surrounding it. Kinda like Canton.

Gonna have to build some Hooters... ;D
