Hi everyone. I Thought I'd let you know that yesterday I made meat with the Cuitlahac rifle. At 3:20 , Dec 1, I pulled the trigger on a smallish 7 pt buck. Dressed out at 122 lbs Small rack, 14 inch outside spread, 12 3/4 inside spread. 1 brow tine broken off. 75 yard shot checked after on rangefinder. I was a little off and got him in the neck. Dropped him right there. This was the first week of gun hunting in Mass. During the 6 week archery season I shot 4 does, but hardly saw any bucks. This was the best one I've seen all season! I've still got 1 buck tag as well as doe tags for zones 9 & 10 and the Quabbin Reservoir special 2 day hunt. I'll be hunting till the end of the year. Hurray!!!! Paul J
