I recently ran smugglers notch primitive biathlon in Jeffersonville Vt. We sponsor this event as a club. This year I made the Elder catagory.The competition is tougher than before! I came in 8th. I thought I ran slow because I could not run much. A white haired lady passed me, no shit! That motivated me a bit and I did cath up with her and asked her for some of her geritol!I went back and checked my times, the years tha have PO in them are the ones I missed due to have the mail be delivered on Saturday and no replacement. I was Pissed Off too!

@011 was my worst time and the best I ever did with a smoothbore 8 out of 9 hits. Knee pain kept me from winning 1st place as the time will confirm.
I could not go back further but had run years before. The course remains 1 1/2 - 2 miles in length.
I would love to see some A/O's go to the Dalton Gang biathlon in Dalton NH, it's close and it's on Feb 15th and 16th.
Wooden snowshoes and a traditional muzzleloader and some gumption to do something,that's all you need.
