2013 A/O winter meeting will be the Saturday night of the MLK holiday the 19th of January.NO LOADED FIREARMS!NO LOADED FIREARMS! We will be at the Windsor fairgrounds and spaghetti will be served. Come earlyI need help as usual and stay over in the meeting building. Think about becoming an officer: 8-)at events come early, stay late. Run an organized and thorough meeting afterall its once a year. Always make sure sighns are in place. Deal with obstinate people(rarely) and don't lose your tempe ???r. Work with scribe and purser for the benefit of members. Be the scribe or purser and work your ass off, deal with individual filing systems Plan good food for events. ;D go get the food, don't lose reciepts. have a clean car so you can find reciepts Thanks Nit Wit

Hey Ray,...
Think I am speaking for the majority of the A/O's.... We all really appreciate what our Booshway, Segundo, and all the other club officers do to make it possible to run all the meetings, events, gun show etc... It takes away time from all of your personal lives - for the benefit of the Club and its family.
Thank you, it truly is appreciated...

Nice try Ray but I think your sales pitch needs some work. ;D I believe that last years rule change regarding the Gun drawing was a productive step towards better group participation and perhaps will help in the future. Logistics do make it difficult for some to make all events but I think that "reminding" all members that in order to insure the future of the club the officers need their help and support is in order. Thanks to you and a few others all of us get to enjoy a GREAT outfit!!

We do it cause we love it. We try to get new folks in the officer position, but don't want to bs anyone. We all have an expiration date and we want this club to live on beyond us. Thanks. Nit Wit

Folks really should turn out to this and support the group, participate and give your input on leadership, planning future events and ideas for other activities. Attracting new members? That's even if because of work schedules, physical problems or whatever that you are unable to turn out for many events, you are still part of the family. This dinner doesn't have to be like a family get together where you have to be nice to your sister's loser husband, weird uncle Fred and your a**hole cousin , come and enjoy each others company and the food. I'm going to try and come up Friday AM and fly back out Monday AM. Where else could I have the opportunity for a sleepover with Shine and Renee? Remember, it's Saturday night , January 19th at the Windsor Fairgrounds. At the WF historic society meeting room , sort of in the front right corner of the Fairgrounds. Usually food prep starts about noon, then food around 5 or 6 and the meeting about 7 or so. I'll get Nit Wit or others to give a real schedule later.

Can't believe I miss the crew enough to spend money on tickets just for the weekend but I'm coming up real late Thurs nite to Portland, will stay near the airport and depending on Friday's weather make it up to see the wizard(Barlow) on Friday and have to go back Monday. Actually it's Maine I miss but you guys are an acceptable excuse. ;D ;D

Who's going to make it? Who's showing up early to start on supper and when? I'm off to see Barlow on Friday (will pick up Cap on the way), hit the Augusta gunshow Sat AM (anybody heard if it's still on?) Hillbilly has women coming to check him out this weekend (hope it goes well) Ms. Sarah has to work. Shine may have to work. We may have to borrow a bus from the old folks home to go round people up. I plan to sleep over Sat night, Anybody else planning to?
