After the vous October 22 9 am ,Nic Salvati and I will host a Geezer shoot at the Deacon Livermore house on Center road in Livermore. Any .22 rifle can be used. Bring a decent blanket prize. A Monday or a Friday are preferred days, we need input! Bring a guest and they can shoot if they become a member for $10.00( individual 0r family). We will serve something hot on the woodstove. Bring a box of ammo.

Does the Ancient Ones insurance currently cover us for modern cartridge gun events? I know this question came up many years ago when Gomer and I hosted the "Any Muzzleloader Shoot" and we had considered allowing modern hunting rifles in order to draw more participants. I don't know what the current insurance covers, but back then we did not go ahead with allowing modern cartridge guns, even at special events.

I checked with Charlie and we are covered as long as participants and the land owners are members.

That's great! Could be a fun time. My regular Summer work is coming to an end, so maybe I can actually make it to a shoot in October.
